Then we should definitely meet! For our office in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for you as soon as possible as a Product Engineer (f/m/d).


These will be your tasks:

  • You learn everything about the ioki product and our technology and are always up to date with the latest developments
  • You take care of our developer program, actively support external developers in integrating our interface (REST JSON API), create, monitor and test Business Partner Accounts.
  • With your technical knowledge, you represent our own product in-house (sales, project management, support) - you understand the code, get information directly from the database and maintain technical documentation.
  • You analyze and validate bugs and support requests
  • You use the developers' tools to manage your tasks and content, paying attention to detail and ensuring technical and formal correctness

Job requirements

That's what you bring with you:

  • You have a technical or scientific background and ideally first experience in requirements engineering
  • You are enthusiastic about new mobility services and want to help shape the success of ioki
  • You have professional experience in project management and / or requirements engineering
  • You are an active co-designer with organizational talent and enjoy growing in a team
  • Ideally, you have experience with agile working methods
  • You have an independent, goal- and result-oriented way of working as well as willingness to take on responsibility with high demands on the quality of your own work
  • You are not afraid of rethinking things from scratch and moving them forward on your own
  • You are communicative, like to take the initiative, take responsibility for your work and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
  • You are interested in the mobility of the future and on-demand mobility, ride sharing and autonomous driving are not foreign words to you
  • You think creatively and holistically and an eye for detail is what sets you apart
  • Excellent fluent communication skills in both English and German language
  • It is an advantage to have worked with git and gitHub and to know the typical development tools of the industry (ticket, backlog and process tools)
  • You have a basic knowledge of programming
  • Knowledge in SQL and the basic understanding of ERMs / logical data base are helpful
