Fascinated by the developments in the mobility industry? Then we should definitely meet! We at ioki are currently looking for you as a Scrum Master (f/m/d) to join us for our team in Frankfurt am Main.
Your tasks
- Join ioki and share your ideas on agility with us! We appreciate your agile mindset and how you enhance our ioki culture with your ideas and expertise on agile working
- You accompany selected software development teams in the implementation of agile working methods such as Kanban or Scrum
- You are responsible for the analysis of team processes, the compliance with team rules and the removing of barriers through pragmatic solutions
- You organize and moderate the agile team routines such as Sprints, Reviews or Retros
- You develop workshops with the ioki teams and conduct them target- and results-oriented
- You identify conflicts within the team and support the resolving of conflicts through team coaching
- You accompany new team members during their onboarding phase and support them to become an integrated team member
Job requirements
Your profile
- You have a Bachelor- or Master degree or a similar qualification
- As a Scrum Master with a professional history of 3 - 6 years, you have proven experience working within the Scrum framework and other agile working methods, ideally in the software industry
- You have a certificate in minimum one agile framework e.g. Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, Kanban
- Your writing and moderation skills in German and English are excellent
- You are a fast learner, you work self-dependent and solution-oriented
- You love communication, you have diplomatic skills and your passion is to work with people in complex environments
- New Mobility enthusiasm is a plus
