The position is limited to 12 months.


Your tasks

  • You accompany ioki teams in their development and implementation of agile working methods
  • You organize and moderate the agile team routines such as retrospectives or sprint reviews
  • Moderation and further development of formats to strengthen the ioki culture
  • You design workshops with the ioki teams and conduct them target- and result-oriented
  • You identify conflicts within the team and support conflict resolution through team coaching
  • You support our ioki team members through individual coachings in their professional development

Job requirements

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor- or Master degree or a similar qualification
  • You bring a completed coaching education with you
  • You have a minimum of 4 years professional track record and first experiences in agile coaching
  • You have proven experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach or moderator
  • You are familiar with the methodical design and moderation of meetings and workshops in popular formats such as fishbowl, world café or barcamp
  • You speak German and English fluently
  • You are a fast learner; you work independently and solution-oriented
  • You love to communicate, you are empathic, and your passion is to work with people in complex environments
  • Enthusiasm for New Mobility is a plus
  • Know-how on organizational development or change management expertise are a plus
