We are looking for a dedicated Senior Cloud Administrator (f/m/d) to join our journey at ioki in Frankfurt am Main.

Your tasks


  • You will focus on administering our ioki-wide third-party services in the cloud as well as, on a smaller scale, the office's internal network and its Internet connection
  • You will be responsible for the installation, administration and monitoring of hardware and software
  • You further develop the technical infrastructure and system landscape
  • You are responsible for the automation and improvement of internal IT processes
  • You actively participate in IT projects such as roll-outs, migrations and phase-outs
  • You take care of digital identity and authorization management within the tools you administer
  • You ensure the completeness, timeliness and quality of technical documentation
  • You coordinate and complete your work independently as part of a team

Job requirements

  • You have completed an apprenticeship / a completed degree in the field of computer science / IT or a comparable qualification / practical experience
  • You have knowledge in at least these following areas: networks, password management, encryption, user/role/group management, automation, creation & review of scripts, technical instructions
  • Ideally, you are already familiar with the following topics: Microsoft 365 (Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.), PowerShell, Git(Lab), Markdown, PGP/GPG, macOS, iOS, Linux
  • You attach great importance to IT security (open source applications/services and their security updates, end-to-end encryption, multi-factor authentication)
  • You have an independent, responsible and structured way of working with a strong service mentality
  • You are not afraid to rethink problems from scratch and drive them forward independently
  • You like to take the initiative, take responsibility for your work and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, because English is the corporate language in our international team
