We are looking for you as a Head of Mobility Intelligence (f/m/d)!

Your tasks

• You lead an engineering team of 5+ people who develop an innovative web application for the mobility market of tomorrow
• You develop a new and innovative product. Together with your team, the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Product Management, it is your task to bring the product to market maturity and to establish a sustainable and high-quality agile development process
• Development teams at ioki work very independently. Your task is to enable them to work efficiently and you take care of the cross-team processes and interfaces.
• We have high-quality standards in software development. You help the teams to keep this standard high and have enough experience to be able to judge it
• Together with your team, you will make technical decisions regarding architecture and implementation details. You maintain and improve software development standards, tools, and processes and help your team to grow in these areas
• You are the interface to stakeholders outside the dev team and work closely with the team to take the continuous improvement of the product to the next level with frequent releases
• You take care of the existing members in your team, but also staffing issues if you want the team to grow. Helping others as a developer, but also growing as a person is a matter close to your heart
• You are part of the leadership team of the Technology & Engineering department at ioki. You work closely with other leads and the CTO to develop and successfully implement a common technical vision of ioki

• You have several years of experience in the field of software development, e.g. as a software engineer
• You have already worked in agile development teams and have also taken on leadership responsibilities
• You enjoy and have experience in creating, maintaining, and developing complex web applications
• You know what you have to do as a team to develop a maintainable, stable, and tested system and you can get people excited about it
• You actively contribute, have organizational talent, and enjoy growing as a team and building a trusting relationship in which your team can also grow
• You have an independent, goal- and result-oriented way of working as well as a willingness to take on responsibility with high demands on the quality of your own work
  
• You have very good English language skills, both written and spoken, as English is the business language in our international team
• You have fluent communication skills in German and English

• Experience in the field of (public) transport, routing, geodata, map-based applications 
• Experience with storing, processing, and processing large amounts of data
• Practical experience in the specific technologies used in the project
