ioki is market leader in the DACH region, now it’s time to expand! Our International Sales and Business Development Team is bringing ioki to Europe. We are at events all around Europe, we talk to customers, understand their needs, work with partners, and translate our international expertise around customer needs into solutions together with our interfaces at ioki such as product, marketing, etc.

Does this sound like a great match for you? For our office in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager International (m/f/d) for the Italian market. These will be your tasks

  • Develop and implement the international market strategy from defining and establishing strategical partnerships to developing the product together with our product department
  • Manage the full sales process for tenders and direct awards from acquisition to contract closure
  • Advise customers on mobility analysis, on-demand transport (demand responsive transport DRT) and autonomous mobility by striving to understand the needs of people, cities and bus operators
  • Create structures and processes to facilitate the move from a start up to a scale up company
  • Cooperate closely with all internal departments (product development, marketing, key account management, etc.)
  • Represent ioki at trade fairs, conferences and customer meetings through presentations, speeches, and panel discussions

Job requirements

Your profile

  • PASSION for mobility!
  • You have 2+ years of experience in Sales – ideally in Enterprise SaaS sales
  • You are proficient in English (C1 level) and Italian (C2 level). German is not mandatory
  • You enjoy working strategically and operationally
  • You are open minded, inclusive, a team player and enjoy discovering new topics
  • You have an independent, goal- and result-oriented way of working and have a high demand concerning the quality of your work
  • You have a high willingness to be flexible and are open to travel
